My name is Ashleigh and I'm a recovering fast food-aholic. Over the last 4 years I have spent my time changing my life by learning about nutrition, exercise and overall health. In the process I have lost 100 pounds and found my true passion in life. I dropped out of business school to pursue a career in health and fitness and I am NEVER going back to my old life. Not only have I changed my body drastically, but I have changed my entire lifestyle and outlook on life. There is no secret. There is no trick. Good nutrition + an active lifestyle = A Healthy Life!

Certified Personal Trainer (NASM)
Requirements: All training is online. Must have an internet connection AND/OR smart phone with a strong internet connection. Must have basic smart phone and/or computer skills.
Notes before starting: I peronsally write each work out per clients needs and levels. Results are not guaranteed because your results depend on YOU. I write the recipe, you bake the cake. Good nutrition and exercise are not on a 'when I feel like it' basis. Amazing results REQUIRE amazing work. If you only eat healthy and work out on the weekend, don't be upset if you don't hit your desired goals in your desired time. Your healthy program does NOT take a break for vacation. Payment must be received by Wednesday for your plan to start the following Monday. If you know you're going on vacation next week for 2 weeks, do not sign up today because health doesn't wait for tomorrow.
